Mr. Bose has earned a Bachelor of Arts in Education and a Master's Degree in Educational Leadership from UNM. He is certified to teach Social Studies and Special Education, and has an Adminstrative License as well. Mr. Bose graduated from La Cueva High School in Albuquerque, where he played soccer and was involved in Student Government. He attended TVI and then UNM. He became interested in teaching through coaching soccer at El Dorado High School and Santa Fe High School. He then got a job coaching at Manzano High School, which became his first teaching job. He taught Severe Profound Special Education and Behavior Disorder Special Education at Manzano for four years. While at Manzano, Mr. Bose's soccer team won city, district and state championships. His soccer team had a average grade point average of 4.1 (remember, 4.0 is perfect!). They recieved an award from the NSCAA as one of the top ten academic soccer teams in the country. Currently, Mr. Bose is the Assistant Coach of the Albuquerque Asylum. He has been married to his wife Debbie since 1998 and has one son named Koby. As a family they enjoy mountain biking, camping, boating, and being with their extended family members. Mr. Bose is one of the origninal SIATech teachers and now works as the Assistant Site Leader; he is extremely proud of the work that the students and staff here at Albuquerque SIATech do each and every day. |
