Ms. Files was born on the east coast and moved to New Mexico in the mid-80's. She has two sons; Marc, who's an elementary special ed teacher and musician now living in New York, and Charlie, formerly Coast Guard, now pursuing a career in law enforcement in the Land of Enchantment. In addition to her family, which is on top of the list, Ms. Files' interests include music (preferrably rock -just short of metal shredding), working out, and classic and muscle cars from the 60's era, to name a few. During her career in education Ms. Files has worked at New Futures School, APS Maintenance & Operations, Cleveland Middle School, Charter Vocational High School, and now SIATech ABQ (which, she says, ROCKS!!!).
