Mr. Rodriguez has earned a Bachelor's Degree in Special Education, with a minor in Music, at New Mexico Highlands University. He holds a Level II New Meixco Teaching License, and is highly qualified to teach K-12 Language Arts and Social Studies.

     Mr. Rodriguez grew up in Cuba, N.M. where both of his parents were teachers. That’s probably why he became a teacher. He has two brothers and one sister. He taught for four years in Gallina, N.M., four years at Hoover Middle School, two years at L.B.J. middle school, and nine years at McKinley Middle School. He has been teaching for twenty years, and loves teaching at SIATech. He really enjoys golfing and playing music in his spare time.

     Mr. Rodriguez teaches the Creative Technology and Senior Projects classes at SIATech. In these classes, students learn graphic arts, computer animation, desktop publishing, and web design, all while perfecting their writing skills
